Janna Pennington

Janna Pennington is a personal and professional development consultant based in Greenville, SC. She uses an asset-based approach to help people reach their potential and better understand themselves and others. Her recent clients include America’s Service Commissions, Service Year Alliance, Ironwood Insurance Services, Camp Greystone, and Turner Padget Law, as well as multiple AmeriCorps programs and state service commissions. Janna holds a master’s degree in professional counseling, and she completed her Enneagram teacher certification through The Narrative Enneagram, the longest-running accredited Enneagram school in the world. In addition to her consulting work, Janna teaches communication studies courses and directs a graduate program in innovation and leadership at Furman University.
